Privacy Policy of SiamFlights
SiamFlights (https://siamflights.com) operates as a static content site with minimal user tracking. However, because we use affiliate links, analytics, and third-party cookies, here is what we collect and what you can control.

1. Information we collect directly
We do not collect Personal Identifying Information (PII) directly through our site, except:
- Your email address when you email us at [email protected] — retained only to reply and never sold or shared
- Basic HTTP data (IP, user agent, referer) that Cloudflare logs during delivery — retained up to 30 days by Cloudflare
2. Cookies and third-party partners
When you click an affiliate link on our site (all /go/ links, Aviasales/Travelpayouts links, AirHelp links), the following third parties may set cookies:
- Travelpayouts (tp.media) — tracks whether clickers book, using our marker 537469. See Travelpayouts privacy policy
- AirHelp — tracks successful claims with our sub_id. See AirHelp privacy policy
- Cloudflare — uses session cookies and bot detection. See Cloudflare privacy policy
3. Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics which does not use cookies and does not track users across sites. Cloudflare Web Analytics aggregates URL-level data (not user-level). We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any user-based tracking service.
4. /api/clk beacon telemetry
When you click an affiliate link, our site fires a non-blocking beacon to /api/clk recording the link type (aviasales-direct / airhelp / aviasales-go) and target cluster (e.g. diaspora / hajj / intra-africa / business). This contains no PII and is used only to optimize the experience.
5. Your rights (GDPR / regional data-protection laws)
If you are in the EU/EEA, UK, or jurisdictions with similar data-protection laws (including POPIA in South Africa, PDP in Indonesia, DPA 2012 in the Philippines), you have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to processing of your data. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. Contact [email protected] for these requests.
6. Data retention
We retain your email up to 12 months after the last reply, unless you request deletion sooner. Cloudflare data is retained up to 30 days.
